Detection limit
The detection limit is <0.2 U/l.

Parallelism
Serum samples were diluted 5, 10, and 20 times using the sample diluent. The observed Obtained/Expected values for 1/5 to 1/20 were in the range 94-114%.

Precision
Each sample was analysed in tetraplicates on six different occasions (see table below).
