| Blood should be collected by venipuncture, allowed to clot, and the serum separated by centrifugation. Specimens can be stored for up to 4 weeks at 2-8 °C. |
Preparation of samples & controls |
| Samples should be diluted 1/10 in sample buffer. (20 µl serum + 180 µl sample diluent) |
