Add to anti-COMP wells

1. Standards 50 µl
   
   
2. Unknown samples 50 µl
   
   
3. Polyclonal antibody 50 µl
   
   
4. Seal plate and incubate on a shaker for 2 hours at room temperature.
   
   
5. Wash 6 times with automatic washer or Aspirate the reaction volume. Add 350 µl Washing Solution to each well. Aspirate completely. Repeat 5 times. After final wash, invert and tap the plate firmly against absorbent paper.
   
   
6. Add Conjugate Solution 200 µl.
   
   
7. Seal plate and incubate on a shaker for 1 hour at room temperature.
   
   
8. Wash 6 times with automatic washer or Aspirate the reaction volume. Add 350 µl Washing Solution to each well. Aspirate completely. Repeat 5 times. After final wash, invert and tap the plate firmly against absorbent paper.
   
   
9. Add Peroxidase Substrate 100 µl.
   
   
10. Incubate for 15 minutes.
    
    
11. Add Stop Solution 50 µl. Put the plate on the shaker for approximately 5 seconds to ensure mixing of substrate and stop solution.
    
    
12. Measure the absorbance at 450 nm and evaluate.
