| Serum samples were diluted 10, 20 and 40 times using the Sample diluent. The observed Obtained/Expected values for 1/20 and 1/40 were in the range 93-116%. |

| Samples diluted 1/10, can have a concentration up to at least 200 U/l, without giving falsely low results. |
Precision |
Each sample was analysed in tetraplicate on six different occasions (see table below). |
