Technical information |
COMP® ELISA, 14-1006-71 |
Samples |
| Blood should be collected by venipuncture, allowed to clot, and the serum separated by centrifugation. NOTE! EDTA interferes in the assay and analysis of EDTA-plasma will not yield accurate data. For plasma samples, heparin should be chosen as the anticoagulant. |
Preparation of samples & controls |
| Samples and controls should be diluted 1/10 in Sample diluent. (20 µl serum + 180 µl sample diluent) |
Parameters of the procedure |
| Sample volume 25 µl Incubation time and temperature: 1st incubation 120 min on a shaker at RT 2nd incubation 15 min at RT |
Measuring range |
| 4 -32 U/l |
